My goal is to connect with you in an authentic way, walking alongside you as you find your path forward and make sense of where you've been. Together, we will build a deeper understanding of who you are and strengthen your relationship with yourself.
I am passionate about working with young adults, college students, and adults who feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those exploring neurodivergence, while welcoming anyone looking to better understand themselves, navigate relationships, and challenge unhelpful narratives they've carried throughout life.
I specialize in supporting individuals who have received a later diagnosis of ADHD or autism, as well as those exploring the possibility of a diagnosis. I have experience helping clients navigate challenges related to self-esteem, complex relationships, friendships, life transitions, and longstanding behavioral patterns.
I believe in the power of the stories we tell ourselves, and I enjoy helping shift those narratives to create lasting change and a more fulfilling life. I’d love to support you in your healing journey.
If you’re interested in working together, I offer a brief 10–15 minute phone consultation. The best way to reach me is by email.
